What Is That Flouride Stuff ?
I think the reason people disprove of adding fluoride to their water, is because they think that even though it helps protect their teeth, it pollutes their water. I think that the fear of not having control over what they drink comes into play in a big way.
I also think that adding flouride to water is bad idea, because the inhabitants of the city with fluoride treated water have no control over it. Water is a necessity to life, and if some one has a allergenic problem with fluoride, they can’t do much about it. I and many others think that we should leave the dental hygiene up to us as individuals, and let the water be.
Fluoride was discovered a long time ago, but before it could be used with toothpaste they had to find some way to bind it with and adhesive, so that it would stick to your teeth.
My biggest concern about putting flouride in drinking water is that one might have an allergetic reaction to fluoride, and that person has no control over whats in their water. That could be very problematic because water is a neccesity to life, and if you can’t afford bottled water, you’re stuck.
